A light conversion element, a light source system and a display device. The light conversion element (4) comprises an incident region (41), a light emitting unit (44), a reflecting region (45), a light output region (43) and a light recovery region (42). The incident region (41), the light emitting unit (44), the reflecting region (45) and the light output region (43) are enclosed to form a spatial structure, and the reflecting region (45) is arranged around the light emitting unit (44). The incident region (41) is used for the incidence of an exciting light; the light emitting unit (44) is used for receiving the incident exciting light so as to generate an excited light; the reflecting region (45) is used for reflecting at least part of the excited light to the light output region (43) and reflecting the exciting light which is not absorbed by the light emitting unit (44) to the light emitting unit (44); the light output region (43) is used for emitting at least part of the excited light; and the light recovery area (42) is used for reflecting the exciting light and/or excited light that is incident on the light recovery region (42), so that the utilization rate of light may be improved so as to achieve high-brightness display at the same time that the volume of products is reduced and the cost is reduced.
