Abstract:
Provided is a technology that achieves multispectral performance. According to the present invention, a light detection device comprises: a semiconductor layer that has a photoelectric conversion part provided at every pixel; and an optical filter layer that is provided on a light incidence surface side of the semiconductor layer. The optical filter layer has a first filter part and a second filter part provided at every pixel. Each of the first and second filter parts includes a first metal film that is provided on the light incidence surface side of the semiconductor layer, a first dielectric film and a second dielectric film that have different indexes of refraction and are provided on the opposite side of the first metal film from the semiconductor layer so as to be layered in the thickness direction of the semiconductor layer, and a second metal film that is provided on the opposite side of the first and second dielectric films from the first metal film. The ratio of the film thicknesses of the first dielectric film and the second dielectric film is different between the first filter part and the second filter part.
