Abstract:
[Problem] To accurately correct variations of light-emitting elements and light-receiving elements. [Solution] A light detection device comprising: a plurality of light-emitting elements each of which emits a first light pulse signal; a plurality of optical waveguides that propagate the first light pulse signal emitted by each of the plurality of light-emitting elements; a plurality of first light-receiving elements that receive the first light pulse signals propagated by the plurality of optical waveguides; a plurality of second light-receiving elements that receive reflected light pulse signals which are the first light pulse signals emitted by the plurality of light-emitting elements and then reflected by an object; a first time difference calculation unit that calculates time differences in light emission timing among the plurality of light-emitting elements on the basis of timings at which the plurality of first light-receiving elements received the first light pulse signals; and a first correction unit that generates first correction information for correcting the time differences in the light emission timing among the plurality of light-emitting elements on the basis of the time differences calculated by the first time difference calculation unit.
