Abstract:
The present invention provides a light detection element which comprises: a photoelectric conversion element 10; an optical filter 30 which is arranged on the light incident side of the photoelectric conversion element 10; a dielectric multilayer film 40 which is arranged on the light incident side of the optical filter 30; and an intermediate layer 20 which is arranged between the photoelectric conversion element 10 and the optical filter 30. The photoelectric conversion element 10 comprises a quantum dot layer 13, a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12; the optical filter 30 is a multilayer film which comprises a first filter layer 31 that contains a colorant and a second filter layer 32 that contains a colorant; and the intermediate layer 20 contains a paraxylene polymer or at least one atom that is selected from the group consisting of Si, Al, Zr, Sn, Zn, Ce and Hf, or alternatively has a water vapor transmission rate of 1 × 10-4 g/m2/day or less as determined by a method that conforms to JIS K 7129. The present invention also provides: an image sensor; and a method for producing a light detection element.
