Abstract:
Provided are a light detection element, a method for manufacturing a light detection element, and an image sensor in which dark current is reduced. Also provided are a dispersion liquid and a semiconductor film. The light detection element includes an aggregate of PbS quantum dots, and a ligand that is coordinated with the PbS quantum dots. The PbS quantum dots include Pb atoms in an amount of over 0 mol and no more than 1.40 mol per mol of S atoms.
