Abstract:
A light diffusion polycarbonate (PC) light tube for a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp and a manufacturing method therefor, the light diffusion PC light tube comprising the following components in parts by weight: polycarbonate: 40-50 parts, a light diffusing agent: 10-20 parts, an antioxidant: 1-5 parts, an emulsifier: 1-5 parts, an antistatic agent: 1-5 parts, a heat stabilizer: 1-5 parts, a cross-linking agent: 1-5 parts; the light diffusing agent has a spherical shape and a diameter of 0.1-0.5 μm, being dispersedly arranged in an island structure. By means of a light diffusing agent being added in a PC resin, the light diffusing agent having a spherical shape and being uniformly dispersed in the PC resin to form an island structure, the light diffusion PC light tube achieves a light diffusion effect by means of light undergoing specular reflection on a surface of the light diffusing agent and being reflected multiple times due to the refractive indexes of the PC resin and the light diffusing agent being different.
