Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light diffusion sheet, which is a light diffusion sheet to be formed on one side of a substrate and has a predetermined pattern formed on the surface thereof, comprises: a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating layer formed on one side of the substrate; and a poly-chloro-p-xylene coating layer formed on one side of the PDMS coating layer, and having a pattern formed thereon, wherein the tensile strength of the PDMS coating layer is 10-60 psi, and a predetermined compression force acts on the poly-chloro-p-xylene coating layer when forming an interface between the PDMS coating layer and the poly-chloro-p-xylene coating layer.
