Abstract:
A light distribution control device, a light projection system, and a light distribution control method, wherein, in order to recognize a desired subject while ensuring visibility to a long distance, a light distribution control device (100) is provided with: a visible light irradiation means (30) for radiating visible light; an infrared ray irradiation means (40) for irradiating an upper section, higher than a low beam region, of the region irradiated with visible light by the visible light irradiation means (30) with an infrared ray as an infrared irradiation region; and a control means (61) for controlling the visible light irradiation means (30) and the infrared ray irradiation means (40); the control means (61) controlling the infrared ray irradiation means (40) so that the infrared irradiation region is divided into an upper region and a lower region, and so that the infrared intensity of the upper region is weaker than the infrared intensity of the lower region.
