Abstract:
This light distribution device 6 executes: a fixed light distribution mode for determining a fixed light distribution pattern, of which the shape is fixed regardless of a light spot in an image IMG, as a light distribution pattern PTN formed on a variable light distribution lamp 2 when the number of high luminance pixels, of which the luminance is equal to or greater than a prescribed luminance threshold, is equal to or greater than a prescribed first mode threshold in the image IMG; and a variable light distribution mode for determining a variable light distribution pattern, which has a dimming unit in an area determined on the basis of the light spot in the image IMG, as the light distribution pattern PTN formed on the variable light distribution lamp 2 when the number of high luminance pixels in the image IMG is smaller than the first mode threshold.
