Abstract:
Provided is a bulk cargo warehouse with light structure, including steel columns (1), pulleys (2), steel wire ropes (3), tension regulators (4) and dustproof ventilating nets (5), the steel columns (1) are erected on the ground, several steel columns (1) are arranged in transverse and longitudinal rows, the tops of the steel columns (1) are provided with the pulleys (2), the same steel wire rope (3) is wound on the pulleys (2) at the tops of the steel columns (1) in the same transverse row, both ends of the steel wire rope (3) are fixed to the ground, the tension regulators (4) are installed on the steel wire ropes (3), the dustproof ventilating net (5) is installed between the two steel wire ropes (3) on the adjacent two transverse steel columns (1), the dustproof ventilating net (5) is provided with two layers of metal nets (51, 52) and intermediate layer dustproof material (53), the two layers of metal nets (51, 52) are supported on the upper and lower surfaces of the intermediate layer dustproof material (53) respectively, the dustproof ventilating nets (5) are fixed to the steel wire ropes (3) through buckle pieces, so that the intermediate layer dustproof material (53) is clamped in the two layers of metal nets (51, 52) for fixing, the side surfaces of the steel columns (1) in the foremost and backmost transverse rows are closed, thereby, external discharging of dust can be controlled organically, installation is convenient, site limitation is avoided, wind resistance and shock resistance are achieved, and the construction speed is fast.
