Abstract:
Provided is a light-emitting decoration member using an EL light-emitting element. A decoration layer (3) which comprises a plurality of ink layers and a single metal foil layer and at least a portion of which has optical transparency is laminated on a transparent electrode (1e) of the EL light-emitting element (1) via a binder layer (2) having adhesiveness, optical transparency, and if necessary an insulating property and a water barrier property. The binder layer (2) has adhesiveness which exerts adhesive force to both the transparent electrode (1e) of the EL light-emitting element (1) and the decoration layer (3) (the ink layer (3c)) and optical transparency which does not shut off light generated by a light emitter layer (1d) of the EL light-emitting element (1). The adhesiveness exerts adhesive force mainly onto both the transparent electrode (1e) and the decoration layer (3) (the ink layer (3C)) in adhesion caused by a leveling property (flatness).
