Abstract:
Provided is a novel light-emitting device. Also, provided is a light-emitting device having a good service life. Provided is an EL device having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an EL layer located between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein: the EL layer has a first layer; the first layer has a first material and a second material; the first material has a dangling bond; the second material has a nitrogen atom; and the nitrogen atom functions to terminate the dangling bond.
