Abstract:
Disclosed is a light emitting device which is capable of reducing pebbly impression and is also capable of suppressing color unevenness and luminance unevenness. Specifically disclosed is a light emitting device (100) which comprises a substrate (10) and a plurality of light emitting units (20) that comprise a plurality of LED chips (21) mounted on the substrate (10) and phosphor-containing resins (22) that contain optical wavelength conversion materials and respectively cover the LED chips (21). The light emitting device (100) also comprises light guide members (30) that are respectively provided between two adjacent light emitting units (20) on the substrate (10). Each light guide member (30) is formed so as to cover a part of a phosphor-containing resin (22).
