Abstract:
A light-emitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light-emitting area; an insulation pattern which is arranged on the light-emitting area, and which includes at least one recessed portion and a protruding portion encompassing the recessed portion; a first electrode which is arranged on the insulation pattern and which overlaps with a first area of the recessed portion and the protruding portion adjacent to the first area; a second electrode which is arranged on the insulation pattern so as to be spaced a predetermined distance from the first electrode in a first direction, and which overlaps with a second area of the recessed portion and the protruding portion adjacent to the second area; and a light-emitting diode arranged inside the recessed portion, and electrically connected between the first electrode and the second electrode.
