Abstract:
An exterior material having a color implemented thereon, according to the present invention, is characterized by comprising: a half-finished product manufactured using a material comprising at least one of stainless steel (STS), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), and plastic; a deposited layer formed by electrolytically activating the semi-finished product, sedimentating/activating the same, and then depositing aluminum by physical vapor deposition (PVD); and a color layer for endowing the surface of the deposited layer with a color. A method for manufacturing an exterior material, which has a color implemented thereon, according to the present invention, is characterized by comprising: a half-finished product molding step for molding a half-finished product using a material comprising at least one of stainless steel (STS), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), and plastic; a surface processing step for processing the surface of the half-finished product; a surface activating step of electrolytically activating the surface of the half-finished product, the surface of which has been processed, and sedimentating/activating the same; a surface treatment step for forming a deposited layer, which is made of aluminum, on the half-finished product, the surface of which has been activated, using physical vapor deposition (PVD); and a color endowing step for forming a color layer such that the surface of the deposited layer has a color, thereby completing the exterior material.
