Abstract:
Provided are a light emitting device, a lamp and a street light with a further reduced insect attracting effect. This light emitting device is provided with a light emitting element having a light emission peak wavelength in a range of 400 nm-490 nm and a first fluorescent body having a light emission peak wavelength in a range of 570 nm-680 nm. The light emitting device emits light of which: a correlated color temperature is no greater than 1950 K; an average color rendering index Ra is no less than 51; a full width at half maximum of a light emission peak having the maximum light emission intensity in a light emission spectrum of the light emitting device is no greater than 110 nm; and an insect attracting index I, which is the ratio of effective radiance of the light emitting device in consideration of the insectile spectral luminous efficiency of 250 nm-615 nm to the luminance of the emission of the light emitting device in a range of 380 nm-780 nm in consideration of the human standard photopic luminous efficiency function defined by the CIE (Commission internationale de l'éclairage), is no greater than 0.031.
