Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a light-emitting device (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel (50) and a display device (200), the manufacturing method for the light-emitting device (100) comprising: an organic film layer (36) is formed on a plurality of thin film transistors (10); a plurality of second grooves (24) are opened in the organic film layer (36); each light-emitting diode (20) is connected to a conductive layer (37) at the position of the corresponding second groove (24). By means of opening the second grooves (24) in the organic film layer (36) and causing the plurality of light-emitting diodes (20) to correspond one to one with the plurality of second grooves (24), the light-emitting diodes (20) are thus enabled to be simultaneously connected to the conductive layer (37) at the positions of the plurality of second grooves (24), facilitating mass transfer of the light-emitting diodes (20) onto the light-emitting device (100), improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
