Abstract:
Disclosed are a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The light-emitting device comprises: a base substrate; a light-emitting unit located on the base substrate; and a thin-film packaging structure located on the side of the light-emitting unit away from the base substrate. The thin-film packaging structure comprises at least one packaging film. A target packaging film in the at least one packaging film is provided with a first packaging part and a second packaging part which are distributed at the same layer and in contact with each other. The orthographic projection of the first packaging part on the base substrate at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the light-emitting unit on the base substrate. The orthographic projection of the second packaging part on the base substrate does at least partially not overlap the orthographic projection of the light-emitting unit on the base substrate. The refractive index of the first packaging part is less than the refractive index of the second packaging part. The present application is beneficial for avoiding the light emitted by the light-emitting unit from generating a waveguide effect on the thin-film packaging structure, and is beneficial for improving the external coupling efficiency of the light-emitting device.
