Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light-emitting device, and the light-emitting device of the present invention may comprise: a substrate; at least three sub pixels disposed under the substrate and including a first sub pixel, a second sub pixel, and a third sub pixel; a first electrode electrically connected to first semiconductor layers of the first subs pixel, the second sub pixel, and the third sub pixel; a second electrode electrically connected to a second semiconductor layer of the first sub pixel; a third electrode electrically connected to a second semiconductor layer of the second sub pixel; a fourth electrode electrically connected to a second semiconductor layer of the third sub pixel; and a wavelength conversion member disposed on the substrate, wherein the first sub pixel, the second sub pixel, and the third sub pixel emit light at the same center wavelength.
