Abstract:
A light emitting device package, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: first and second lead frames which are electrically spaced from each other; a package body which comprises a bevel for defining a cavity together with at least one of the first or second lead frame; at least one element portion which is disposed in at least one element region of the first or second lead frame; and at least one wire which connects the at least one element portion to at least one bonding region of the first or second lead frame, wherein the package body may comprise at least one groove portion, which is disposed to expose the bonding region at a point at which the package body meets an imaginary straight extension line linking a side corner of the at least one element portion and the center of the lower surface of the element portion.
