Abstract:
A light-emitting device and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the light-emitting device comprises: providing an epitaxial substrate (1), wherein the epitaxial substrate (1) has a first recessed portion (101), and an inner surface of the first recessed portion (101) is a curved surface; epitaxially growing a light-emitting structure layer (2) on the epitaxial substrate (1), wherein the light-emitting structure layer (2) comprises a first surface (204) and a second surface (205) opposite to each other, and the second surface (205) protrudes toward the first recessed portion (101); forming a first reflector layer (3) on the first surface (204); and removing the epitaxial substrate (1), and forming a second reflector layer (8) covering the second surface (205). The method can be used to form a curved-surface resonant cavity.
