Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a support substrate 10; a light-emitting element 20 which is disposed on the support substrate 10 and which includes a layered structure containing a second semiconductor layer 23 above a first semiconductor layer 21 with a light-emitting layer 22 therebetween; and a frame 100A which is disposed at a peripheral area above the support substrate 10 so as to cover the periphery of the light-emitting element 20, and which is penetrated so that the topmost surface of the layered structure is exposed.
