A light-emitting diode device, a display panel, a display apparatus and a manufacturing method. The light-emitting diode device comprises: a base substrate (1); a first electrode (2), which is located on one side of the base substrate (1); a carrier functional layer (3), which is located on the side of the first electrode (2) that faces away from the base substrate (1); a quantum dot light-emitting layer (4), which is located on the side of the carrier functional layer (3) that faces away from the first electrode (2), wherein the quantum dot light-emitting layer (4) has a molecular chain structure inside, the molecular chain structure is formed by means of atom transfer radical polymerization of a first reactant and a modification molecule, the first reactant performs atom transfer radical polymerization with the modification molecule by means of a ligand molecule A, and an initial state of the modification molecule is being connected to the face of the carrier functional layer (3) that faces the quantum dot light-emitting layer (4); and a second electrode (5), which is located on the side of the quantum dot light-emitting layer (4) that faces away from the carrier functional layer (3).
