Abstract:
A light emitting diode device (100), the light emitting diode device (100) comprising a first light emitting diode light string (21), a second light emitting diode light string (22), a rectifier module (10) and a control unit (30). The control unit (30) generates a driving current which flows through the first light emitting diode light string (21) and the second light emitting diode light string (22). The control unit (30) cuts off the driving current when an input signal (Uin) is between a threshold voltage (Uth) and a voltage sum. The light emitting diode device (100) may not only save power, but may also avoid heat generation at a peak value when both an input voltage value and a driving current are high.
