Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting diode display substrate and method for manufacturing same, and a display. The light-emitting diode display substrate comprises a base substrate (100), a light-emitting diode (110) located on the base substrate (100), and a self-assembled monolayer (101). The light-emitting diode (110) comprises a graphene layer (111), and said graphene layer (111) is located on the side of the light-emitting diode (110) that is adjacent to the base substrate (100); the self-assembled monolayer (101) is located between the graphene layer (111) and the base substrate (100) and is connected to the graphene layer (111). The light-emitting diode display substrate uses the feature of a graphene and gallium nitride lattice match to facilitate gallium nitride crystal growth on a transfer substrate; furthermore, graphene is an electrically conductive material and its hardness and flexibility are relatively good; it may be used as a base or as an electrode, and may be used as a medium for performing a roll-to-roll carrier transfer process; in addition, connecting the self-assembled monolayer to the graphene layer using chemical bonds increases the strength of the connection between the light-emitting diode and the base substrate.
