Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light-emitting diode lighting device. The light-emitting diode lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a housing in which a receiving space is formed; a heat sink which is coupled to the housing and irradiates conducted heat; a substrate installed on the heat sink; a light-emitting diode which is mounted on the substrate and emits light by applied electric power; a control chip which is mounted on the substrate and controls drive of the light-emitting diode; and a heat bridge which is adjacent to the upper surface of the control chip and transfers heat generated in the control chip to the heat sink. According to the present invention, the light-emitting diode lighting device of the present invention has an effect of more effectively irradiating the heat generated in the control chip because the heat is transferred to the heat sink via the heat bridge due to the heat bridge being installed on the upper surface of the control chip and, at the same time, the heat is irradiated by transferring the heat generated in the light-emitting diode and the control chip via the substrate to the heat sink.
