The present invention provides: a light emitting display device which is capable of reliably preventing interference patterns from becoming visible in a viewing area even if warping of a light guide plate has occurred; and a game machine. According to the present invention, a first light guide plate (11) and a second light guide plate (12) are arranged to face each other, and a viewing area of a surface of the second light guide plate (12), said surface facing the first light guide plate (11), is provided with a microprojection group that is composed of a plurality of microprojections (17). The plurality of microprojections (17) have such an arrangement and a height that ensure a distance, by which interference patterns are prevented from becoming visible, between the first light guide plate (11) and the second light guide plate (12) by coming into contact with the second light guide plate (12). In addition, the microprojection group and dimples (16), which are provided on the second light guide plate (12) so as to constitute a design part, are formed on the same surface.
