Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light emitting element and a light emitting module including the light emitting element. The light emitting module according to the embodiment may comprise: a circuit board; a plurality of light emitting elements which are arranged on the circuit board and emit ultraviolet light; a plurality of wavelength conversion parts which are respectively arranged above the ultraviolet light-emitting emission surfaces of the light emitting elements and convert the wavelengths of the light emitted from the light emitting elements; and a molding part formed to cover both the light emitting elements and the wavelength conversion parts formed on the circuit board. The light emitting elements each include a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and an active layer formed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. One surface of the first semiconductor layer serves as the emission surface of the light emitting element. Also, at least one of the plurality of wavelength conversion parts can convert the light of the light emitting element into light of a different color than another of the wavelength conversion parts.
