Title:
LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT MOUNTING SUBSTRATE AND LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/047087
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a light-emitting element mounting substrate with a low volume resistivity rate which is not subject to destruction by electrostatic discharge, and a light emitting device constituted by mounting a light-emitting element on the light emitting element mounting substrate. [Solution] The light-emitting element mounting substrate is made of an alumina sintered compact, which contains 80 mass % or more of aluminum oxide given the total constituting component is 100 mass %, and the O / Al ratio, which is the ratio of atomic weight for O and Al in the crystal particle of the aluminum oxide, is less than 1.5, thus achieving the light-emitting element mounting substrate with low volume resistivity rate which is not subject to destruction by electrostatic discharge.
