Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting material, a preparation method therefor and an organic light-emitting diode using the light-emitting material. The light-emitting material has a single structure, a certain molecular weight, good solubility and film-forming property, and film morphology is stable. The light-emitting material also has a high decomposition temperature and a lower sublimation temperature, is easily sublimated into high-purity light-emitting material, and can be applied to small molecule organic light-emitting diodes. The preparation method of the light-emitting material is as follows: obtaining a light-emitting material intermediate through a series of simple reactions by using m-bromophenol and 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzonitrile as starting materials, and finally obtaining the light-emitting material through Ullmann reaction or Suzuki reaction. The method has simple steps and achieves a high yield. In the organic light-emitting diode, a light-emitting layer contains the above-mentioned light-emitting material, which has high luminous efficiency and stability.
