Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting module with which usage in even a complex light-emitting shape is possible, and with which a strong light beam and uniform light emission is implemented even with the complex light-emitting shape. A plurality of light-emitting elements (22) which emits either ultraviolet or short-wavelength visible light is mounted in a prescribed two-dimensional shape upon a support substrate (26), and the light-emitting elements (22) are line-coupled with a fluorescent light body-including resin (24) which includes a fluorescent body, etc. which is excited by either ultraviolet or short-wavelength visible light and emits visible light, forming a light-emitting module (20). In the light-emitting module (20), white light is obtained only from the light emission from the fluorescent light body, etc., and strong light beam and uniform light emission results even in a complex light emission shape. It is then possible to form a light emission having a two-dimensional spread, i.e., text, diagrams, etc., simply by program controlling a dispenser and joining the light-emitting elements (22) and the light-emitting elements (22) which are installed upon the substrate surface (26) in a desired light-emission shape. Using an FPC in the support substrate (26), it is also possible to form a curvable light-emitting module (20), simplifying forming a three-dimensional curve site light-emitting shape as well.
