Abstract:
A light-emitting substrate (110), a backlight module (100), and a display device (1000). The light-emitting substrate (110) comprises a back plate (10), a plurality of light-emitting regions (111) arranged in an array, and a binding electrode set (40); the plurality of light-emitting regions (111) arranged in the array are located on the back plate (10); at least one light-emitting set (112) and at least one chip (32) are provided in the light-emitting regions (111); each light-emitting set (112) is electrically connected to one chip (32); the chips (32) in the same light-emitting region (111) are cascaded; the binding electrode set (40) is provided on the back plate (10), and the binding electrode set (40) comprises a first binding electrode (43) and other binding electrodes; an output pin (Out) of the last cascaded chip (32) is electrically connected to a second power supply voltage end of the corresponding light-emitting set (112) and the first binding electrode (43), and the output pin (Out) of the chip (32) is configured to output a feedback signal; and the impedance between the first binding electrode (43) and another adjacent binding electrode is greater than the impedance between another two adjacent binding electrodes. It can be avoided that some of the light-emitting devices emit weak light when the display device (1000) is turned off.
