Abstract:
A light emitting substrate (01) and a display device (1000). The light emitting substrate (01) comprises a substrate (101), a reflecting layer (100), at least one pad (201), a light emitting element (102), and a connecting portion (105), wherein the reflecting layer (100) comprises an opening (103) having a maximum size H1 in a first direction (X); the light emitting element (102) comprises a first electrode (202) and a second electrode (203) spaced apart in a second direction (Y), and the maximum size of the first electrode (202) or the second electrode (203) in the first direction (X) is a first size K1; the connecting portion (105) comprises an edge radian area (150), which has a maximum size M in the first direction (X); the at least one pad (201) comprises a first pad (204), the first pad (204) comprising a first size portion (205), and the minimum distance between the first size portion (205) and the opening (103) in the first direction (X) being a second size K2, which satisfies: K2≤0.5H1-0.5(K1+2M), and 50 μm≤H1-2K2-K1≤100 µm. By optimizing the matching size of the opening (103) of the reflecting layer (100) in the light emitting substrate (01) and the pad (201), the risk of the occurrence of a gold seepage phenomenon on the reflecting layer (100) can be reduced, and meanwhile, the occurrence of the side inclination of the light emitting element (102) can also be avoided, thereby improving the optical performance of the display product.
