Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method therefor, and an organic light emitting device comprising the same and, more specifically, to: a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, capable of significantly reducing the thickness of planarizing layer to be formed, thereby enabling light extraction efficiency of the organic light emitting device to be improved; a manufacturing method therefor; and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. To this end, the present invention provides: a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, comprising, a base substrate, and a scattering layer formed on the base substrate and including a metal oxide material, wherein the metal oxide material includes a first metal oxide and a second metal oxide mixed with each other, and the second metal oxide has a specific surface area greater than that of the first metal oxide; a manufacturing method therefor; and an organic light emitting device comprising the same.
