Provided are a light guide plate, a luminescent device, a display device, and a game machine that are capable of stereoscopically displaying curved lines or bent lines extending from an incidence plane of light coming from a light source toward a counter plane facing said incidence pane. This light guide plate (10A) displays a stereoscopic image (SI) caused by parallax. A plurality of deflection parts (12) are provided in each row parallel to a lateral surface (11a) of the light guide plate (10A), and have inclined surfaces (12a) into which light from light sources 4 is introduced through the lateral surface (11a) and which reflect said light being guided inside the light guide plate while being totally reflected and which then emits said light through an emission surface (11c). The respective inclined surfaces (12a) of the plurality of deflection parts (12) disposed in each row all have the same orientation in the same row. The inclined surfaces (12a) in the respective rows are configured to have different orientations that vary with the distance of each row from the lateral surface (11a).
