Abstract:
Disclosed is a light-modulating film having two transparent conductive resin base materials and a light-modulating layer sandwiched between the aforementioned two transparent conductive resin base materials, with the aforementioned light-modulating layer containing a resin matrix and a light-modulating suspension dispersed in the aforementioned resin matrix. The light-modulating film has a primer layer on the light-modulating layer side of at least one of the aforementioned transparent conductive resin base materials, with the aforementioned primer layer being formed of a thin film composed of a material that contains a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group in the molecule. Thus, it is possible to provide a light-modulating film that improves the adhesion between a film matrix and a substrate, and that achieves a stable light-modulating function.
