Abstract:
Disclosed is a system, comprising: a light source, a switchable diffuser, a structured light detector, and a ToF detector. The light source and the switchable diffuser are controlled to be consistently (together and/or together with other optical and electronic elements of the system) operated, so as to project pulses (staggered between floodlight pulses) of collimated beams within a single image capture period; and in the same image capture period, the pulses of the collimated beams are parsed by the structured light detector and the ToF detector.
