Abstract:
A light projector (100), a method for detecting rupture of the light projector (100), and a depth camera (300) and an electronic device (800). The light projector (100) comprises a light source (10) and a diffuser (20), wherein the light source (10) is used to emit a laser; the diffuser (20) is used to diffuse the laser, and the diffuser (20) is provided with a detecting element (21); the detecting element (21) is used for outputting an electric signal; and the electric signal is used to detect whether the diffuser (20) has ruptured. The detection method comprises: acquiring the electric signal output by the detecting element (21), determining whether the electric signal is within a preset range, and determining that the diffuser (20) has ruptured when the electric signal is not within the preset range. The depth camera (300) comprises the light projector (100), and the electronic device (800) comprises the depth camera (300).
