Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light-protection device for the windscreen of a vehicle, wherein said device comprises an embossed cloth comprising embossments which exhibit a sawtooth profile and have their generatrix perpendicular to the upper and lower edges of said cloth. The device further includes fixation members for attaching the cloth on the inner side of the windscreen, wherein said members are made in the form of suction cups provided with lugs on their back surface. The upper angles of the cloth include openings that co-operate with the hook-shaped lugs of the suction cups, while the lower edge of the cloth, when in use, is placed in the vicinity of the windscreen on the instrument panel so as to be brought into contact with the same. Information can further be applied on one at least of the cloth surfaces.
