Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light protection filter engine and to a method for setting a light protection screen color using same, and more particularly, to a light protection filter engine which enables an individual to set the screen color of the monitor of a personal computer (PC) thereof to a light protection screen color so as to relieve the symptoms of visual dyslexia or to reduce eye fatigue (visual stress). The light protection filter engine provides a monitor screen, on which a reference color and a plurality of comparative colors are displayed in a batch or consecutively by comparing multiple colors to multiple colors or one color to one color such that a user may select a comfortable color in accordance with the command of the user for executing the setting of a light protection filter, to collect screen color selection information, and performs a filtering process on the screen of the personal computer (PC) by a light protection screen color on the basis of the collected screen color selection information.
