Abstract:
Provided is a light quantity measuring device for light-emitting diodes (LEDs), said device being capable of achieving high-precision measurements with a simple configuration. The light quantity measuring device (3) is provided with: a light-receiving module (1) that is positioned facing an LED (101) that emits light in a radial pattern, receives light emitted from the LED (101), and measures the quantity of said light; probe needles (109) for making the LED (101) emit light by supplying power to the LED (101); and a light receiving range setting means that sets a light receiving range, which is the range of light to be received by the light-receiving module (1) among the light emitted from the LED (101), on the basis of an angle (θ) with respect to the light emission center axis (LCA) of the LED (101). A plurality of the LEDs (101) is arranged on a dicing sheet (103b). When the light-receiving module (1) receives light emitted from the plurality of LEDs (101), the light receiving range setting means sets the light receiving range in such a manner that measuring errors of the quantity of the received light is not more than a prescribed rate regardless of the arrangement pattern of the LEDs (101).
