Abstract:
This light-receiving element array is provided with: a first substrate that has a plurality of light-receiving elements arranged periodically and two-dimensionally; and a second substrate having a plurality of light-receiving elements that are arranged periodically and two-dimensionally, that are stacked on a light incident side with respect to the first substrate, and that have sensitivity in a wavelength band in common with at least one portion of a wavelength band in which the light-receiving elements of the first substrate have sensitivity. The arrangement of the light-receiving elements in the first substrate and the arrangement of the light-receiving elements in the second substrate are shifted from each other in the arranging direction of the light-receiving elements, and each of the light-receiving elements in the first substrate receives light transmitted through one of the light-receiving elements in the second substrate.
