Abstract:

A transistor (T₂) for transfer transfers an electrical charge generated by a photodiode PD to a first capacitor (C₁₁) through a first switch (SW₁₁), and transfers it to a second capacitor (C₁₂) through a second switch (SW₁₂). A transistor (T₁) for amplification is connected to both of or one of the first capacitor (C₁₁) and the second capacitor (C₁₂) by a gate terminal, and outputs a voltage corresponding to a quantity of electrical charges accumulated in both of or one of the first capacitor and the second capacitor connected to the gate electrode.
