Provided is a light-reflecting plate which comprises: a substrate (2); a resin layer (4) which is formed on the substrate (2) and includes a polyester resin that has a half-crystallization time of 80-120 seconds at 160°C; a reflective layer (6) which is formed on the resin layer (4) and comprises silver or a silver alloy; and a protective layer (8) which is formed on the reflective layer (6) and includes a resin.
