Abstract:
This invention provides a light-regulating device capable of stable operation, a uniform distance being maintained between a magnet and both end portions of a coil core. Provided are: an upper substrate (111) and a lower substrate (121), each of which substrates having an optical aperture (112) formed therein; at least one light-regulating means (131); a spacer (141) adapted for forming a space in which the light regulation means can operate, the spacer being disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate; and a drive means for driving the light-regulating means disposed on the upper substrate. The drive means has: a magnet (132) disposed in the rotational center of the light-regulating means; and an electromagnetic drive source (150) configured from a coil core (153) and coil windings (151, 152), the electromagnetic drive source being disposed such that the coil core faces the magnet. A positioning member (261, 262) is provided on the upper substrate, and the coil core and the magnet are set at a fixed distance from each other by the positioning member.
