Title:
LIGHT-SOURCE ASSEMBLY FOR MOTOR VEHICLE HEADLAMPS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/114417
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a light-source assembly (10), comprising at least one laser light source (12a, 12b), a photoluminescence element (16), which is designed in such a way that, as the result of incident laser light, a mixed light distribution (18) can be emitted by using photoluminescence and which is arranged in such a way that the laser light of the at least one laser light source (12a, 12b) can be radiated onto the photoluminescence element (16), and at least one light-emitting diode (20) for emitting a supplemental light distribution (24), wherein the at least one laser light source (12a, 12b), the photoluminescence element (16), and the at least one light-emitting diode (20) are fastened to a common carrier component (26) as an assembly. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle headlamp (100) having such a light-source assembly (10).
