Provided are a light source device, an illumination device, and a projector, with which it is possible to suppress the occurrence of brightness irregularities. This light source device has: a light source unit for emitting an excitation light; a homogenizer optical element; a first condensing element for focusing the excitation light; a wavelength conversion element on which the focused excitation light is incident, the wavelength conversion element emitting fluorescent light; and a light separation element. The light source unit, the homogenizer optical element, and the light separation element are disposed on a first illumination light axis. The light separation element causes at least a part of the excitation light that is incident from the homogenizer optical element to be emitted toward the first condensing element, and causes the fluorescent light incident from the wavelength conversion element via the first condensing element to be emitted by the light separation element in a second illumination light axis direction that intersects with the first illumination light axis. The homogenizer optical element has first and second multilenses, the first and second multilenses being able to move along a plane that is orthogonal to the first illumination light axis.
