Abstract:
A light source device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a light source unit; and a wavelength conversion element which emits fluorescence by being excited by excitation light from the light source unit. The wavelength conversion element includes: a substrate rotatable around a rotation axis; a phosphor layer including a plurality of phosphor particles; and a quantum dot layer including a plurality of quantum dots. The phosphor layer and the quantum dot layer are arranged in this order with respect to the light source unit.
