Abstract:
A light source device (1), provided with: a holder (40) having a first surface (41) and a second surface (42) located above the first surface (41), the holder (40) comprising a monolithic object; a semiconductor light emission device (10) placed on the first surface (41); an optical element unit (20) having a reflective surface (21a) that is inclined with respect to the first surface (41) and that reflects light (51) emitted from the semiconductor light emission device (10), the optical element unit (20) being disposed above the semiconductor light emission device (10); and a phosphor optical element (30) disposed on the second surface (42) and irradiated with light (54) reflected from the optical element unit (20).
