Abstract:
Disclosed is a light source device (10) which comprises: an excitation light generating unit (20) that comprises a solid light source array (22) having solid light sources, each of which generates excitation light; an excitation light generating unit (30) that comprises a solid light source array (32) having solid light sources, each of which generates excitation light; an excitation light synthesizing unit (50) that synthesizes the excitation light from the excitation light generating unit (20) and excitation light from the excitation light generating unit (30); a focusing optical system (60) that focuses the excitation light to a predetermined focusing point; and a fluorescence generating unit (70) that has a fluorescent layer which generates fluorescence from at least a part of the excitation light focused by means of the focusing optical system (60).
